If so, then join the Coordinating Committee for International Voluntary Service (CCIVS) Day Online Dialogues.<\/p>\n<p>In the framework of the EU funded Erasmus+ KA2 project \u201cDecolonise IVS\u201d, we want to seek to understand how international volunteering is still influenced by colonial structures and what is needed to address these issues, in order to move towards a more inclusive and representative IVS.<\/p>\n<p>Two online dialogues will take place:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Online dialogue 7.9.2022 at 14.15 (will be held in English)<\/li>\n<li>Online dialogue 22.9.2022 at 22.00 (will be held in Spanish \u2013 and in Portuquese if requested)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><strong>What are we going to discuss?\u00a0<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>We have selected the following topics:<\/p>\n<p>Decolonisation ,Power &amp; Privilege, Volunteering\/IVS, Neo Colonialism, Intersectionality, Global Justice, Diversity and Culture &#8211; Cultural Appropriation\/Cultural Humility<\/p>\n<p>Together we want to discuss: What do we understand by these terms and how are they related to international volunteering?<\/p>\n<p>This is what we want to learn from and discuss with you!<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Who can join?\u00a0<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>We invite all workers, co-works and former volunteers who are interested in the topic and want to share their thoughts and opinion<\/p>\n<h2><strong>When is it going to happen?\u00a0<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>One online dialogue will last for 1 hour, max 1,5 hours.
