Are you interested in communication tasks? Maailmanvaihto’s communication work group presents the organization and communicates about the current affairs.
Communication work allows you to train your presentation or photographing skills and become familiar with NGO activities.
“This is a good way to share your own volunteer experience.” – Marianna Ahonen, member or the communication work group
As a event presenter, you will represent Maailmanvaihto in different events – tell about your own volunteer experience, answer questions and distribute brochures. Maailmanvaihto takes part in several events during the year, but you are not expected from the event presenters to participate all of them – it is possible to volunteer in a single event. Events usually last for a couple of hours.
As a photographer, you will take photos which can be used in Maailmanvaihto’s communication. It is possible to apply to photograph a single event or commit to the task for a longer period.
Event presenters: In order to become an event presenter, it is necessary to have personal experience about Maailmanvaihto’s volunteer programs.
