Place: The meeting will be held at the office of Maailmanvaihto, at the address Oikokatu 3, Helsinki. You are also welcome to participate online via Zoom, but online participants are not allowed vote in the meeting.
Registration: We wish for registrations to the meeting on 24th March 2023 at the latest to maailmanvaihto@maailmanvaihto.fi. Please, let us know in your message if you wish to participate the meeting online.

The meeting will be held in Finnish. In the meeting, we will follow Maailmanvaihto’s guidelines for safer spaces. Inside Maailmanvaihto’s office it is possible to move around with a wheelchair, but the office space is not completely wheelchair accessible: there is an approximately 7 cm doorstep at the entrance, and the toilet is not big enough for a wheelchair. Assistance dogs are welcome. The accessibility information of the platform Zoom is available at explore.zoom.us/en/accessibility.
