Maailmanvaihto’s harassment report form

You can fill out this online form if you have been subjected to harassment, unequal treatment, racism, or other inappropriate behaviour, or if you have witnessed any of the above in the activities of Maailmanvaihto.

The received data will only be used to process the case you have reported and will only be kept for the time required to process it.

The received data will be treated confidentially by the Maailmanvaihto office staff and the Maailmanvaihto board:

Your report of harassment will be forwarded to the Secretary General’s email. In the absence of the Secretary General, the report will be received by another member of the office staff. The recipient will inform the harassment contact person and the chairperson of the board.

You will be contacted by the person who received your report of harassment and asked about your preferences for the handling of the case. The case will only be processed further with the consent of the person who has been subjected to harassment.

Once consent has been given, the report will be processed within three weeks by the harassment contact person and the staff member responsible for the activity where the harassment occurred. If a staff or board member has been involved in the harassment incident, they will not be involved in the processing of the harassment report.

The case will be handled in accordance with Maailmanvaihto’s instructions. The data sent through the electric report form will be stored and handled according to the privacy policy: reports of harassment in Maailmanvaihto’s activities.
